1. Shipping Destination & Currency

Currently, we exclusively serve and ship to addresses within the United States. All transactions, shipping calculations, and product prices across our storefront are displayed and processed exclusively in United States Dollars (USD).

2. Shipping Cost: Free Standard Shipping

To keep your shopping experience simple and completely transparent, we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no hidden handling fees, no minimum purchase requirements, and no additional merchant taxes applied at your final checkout screen.

3. Order Processing & Transit Times

We work efficiently to ensure your packages are securely prepared, inspected, and dispatched. Please take note of our operational timeline:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time / Brisbane Time), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this cut-off time will begin processing on the following business day.
  • Handling/Processing Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This includes rigid quality control inspections, structural packaging, and carrier sorting.
  • Transit/Delivery Time: 7 to 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday). Items are delivered straight to your verified US residential or business address.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Timeline: 8 to 16 Business Days from the standard date of purchase.

*Operational Note: Our fulfillment and shipping operations do not process orders on weekends or official statutory holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your official tracking carrier details (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or DHL). You can track your package directly on our website or via the carrier’s official public portal within 48 hours of dispatch.

5. Address Amendments & Cancellations

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at care@nesr.shop within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the package enters the active processing or carrier transit phase, we are legally unable to change the delivery address or cancel the order.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local postal carrier and neighbors first.
